Local processing

Label Studio processes spreadsheet rows, uploaded images, label designs, QR contents and exports in your browser. The application does not send these files or their contents to a server. Fonts and scripts are bundled with the website; no remote font or paid API calls are required.

Storage on your device

Projects are stored in IndexedDB. Local storage remembers the last project identifier and your interface language. Browser storage is not a durable backup and can be cleared or evicted. Download a JSON backup to retain your work. Deleting a project removes its stored record; downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.

Hosting requests

Loading the website sends normal HTTP requests to the hosting provider. The host may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs under its own retention policies. Local label data is not included in those requests. The application currently includes no analytics trackers or advertising scripts.

Advertising preparation

Advertising is disabled in this release. No AdSense account is connected and no ad requests are made. If advertising is introduced later, this policy must be updated, and any required consent, regional controls and platform disclosures must be implemented before activation. Label or spreadsheet contents must never be used for ad targeting.

Your controls

Delete stored projects in the Projects panel, clear this site’s data in your browser, or use a private browser session. External links, including GS1, have their own privacy policies. Browser extensions or other software on your device may have access beyond this application’s control.
