A little help.
A lot of possibilities.
Designing a label
Choose a template, then select an element on the canvas or in Layers. Drag to move it, use the corner handle to resize it, or enter exact millimetres in the inspector. Arrow keys move a selected element by 0.5 mm; Shift + arrow moves it by 5 mm. Delete removes it. Ctrl/Cmd + Z undoes; Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z or Ctrl + Y redoes. Ctrl/Cmd + S saves locally.
Importing CSV and Excel
Data files need unique headers and at least one data row. CSV supports quoted commas and line breaks. Excel .xlsx workbooks support worksheet selection. Save legacy .xls as .xlsx first. Convert formulas to values. Keep barcode and postal code cells as text to preserve leading zeros. Files are limited to 12 MB, 100 columns and 2,000 rows.
Connecting your fields
In a text, barcode or QR element, use a field such as {{product}} or {{sku}}. Click a column in the Data panel to insert its binding. The row selector lets you inspect individual labels. Export produces every row in order; Copies repeats each row before moving to the next. Missing fields and invalid row values block exports.
Barcode responsibility
Code 128 is suitable for internal references. EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A and ITF-14 require exact lengths and valid check digits. A checksum does not confirm registration, ownership or permission. This tool cannot generate registration certificates or issue GS1 identifiers. Check an existing identifier with Verified by GS1.
Saving and moving projects
Projects autosave in this browser’s IndexedDB storage. The save indicator reports failures. Use Projects to reopen a saved design, download a JSON backup or restore one. Clearing site data deletes local projects. Private browsing may erase them when the session ends. Keep a separate backup for anything important.
Image and export support
Upload PNG, JPEG or WebP images; uploads are flattened locally to a safe PNG. Exports are PDF, a single-label PNG, all label PNGs in a ZIP, or sheet PNGs in a ZIP. PDF text is rasterized together with each label at 300 dpi to match the canvas consistently.
